I actually think its a really good value bike for the money.It rides really well and feels solid. and people I know with more expensive downhill bikes say that it feels like something much more expensive,. Just a great bike for downhill and freeride really, If you just want fun. Probobly upgrade the bars first though, then the shock because you can get more travel if you do that. hope that helped

yeah defo, if your in to pure racing downhill then it would cope okay but youd be better off on a DH bike obv. but it feels more manouverable than a DH but it still will cope with anything pretty easily so i would recommend :)
